I follow up with every Sales Representative/broker that shows your home and will provide their feedback to you as soon as I receive it.

Extensive Internet Exposure:

I have invested heavily in the Internet to market my listings. This marketing generates substantial traffic and email inquiries, and is my (enter number) largest source of sales. All listings have a virtual tour, interior pictures and descriptive captions. We also have the ability to promote your listing to our over 3900 in-house Realtors. (Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and more….provided that the Realtor has accounts with all of the named online resources.)

Virtual Tours:

All my listings have Virtual Tours that are posted to Toronto MLS , Facebook, Kijii, Right At Home Realty’s corporate website. Our office website and Facebook pages, data share websites and my own website. Virtual tours consist of both still photos and panoramic “tours”, and will include pictures of every photogenic room in your home, the exterior, any view, the street scene and a possible overhead with a drone. I can post up to 20 photos on MLS and the full unbranded tour!

Continuing Market Survey & Market Updates:
